Since I eat, sleep and breathe Young Living Essential Oils, people often ask me questions about them. One of the most frequent questions I hear is: What is the Healthy Weight Trio, and how do I use it?
Now my own favorite uses for these oils* are things like — strong immune system, healthy skin, digestion, mental health, focus, etc. I could talk to you all day (and night) about how we’ve made the switch from conventional pharmaceuticals and chemicals to a healthier alternative for our family. And the impact they have had on our lives. But…
I get why the Healthy Weight Trio garners so much attention. So here’s a short video that explains what it is and how to use it.
Phew, okay. We’ve gotten through that. (Don’t ask me how my actor daughter thrives on being in front of a camera. More on her/our adventures in Hollywood later.)
Like I said, I take this trio every day (or at least I try to — I really notice when I’ve forgotten.) And while I like all the properties of this trio, what I like best is the energy it gives me. Stand back, I’m on fire, baby!
I wish we were together in person, preferably over coffee or wine, so I could ask about your life, your resolutions and your plans. But since we’re having a unilateral conversation, I will take the lead here and tell you that one of my resolutions this year is to be at the top of my game, and one of my plans to do this is to take this trio religiously, twice a day. My day goes so much better when I do.
